They took my case really quickly and listened to all my questions and was very responsive . They also took my payment in 3 separate bills and were easy to work with . These folks are THE people to contact if you receive a traffic citation on your way to and from the Outer Banks. They reduced my ticket to a non-moving violation which resulted in no points on my insurance or license. They're extremely responsive and responded to all of my emails within 45 minutes, you don't even need to go to their office, they handled everything over email and all documents handled securely online. I never even had to go to court, everything was handled through them while I was in the comfort of my home.
