10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had closing at 10:30am still don’t have keys at 10am the following day. Telling me it can take a few days to fix. They made us wire money instead of providing a cashiers check, our money is currently “lost” it’s left our bank, sent to the right place but they don’t have it. We have to be out of our current house TODAY. Myself and 4 kids are about to be homeless until they get this straight. This has made me HATE buying a house and I will never do it again. Especially not with Hutchens.

Luckily we found a house for sale by owner. Due to that situation we were able to save thousands of dollars since we did not use a realtor. Any questions or paperwork needed they were able to get everything done quickly. If you get a chance to buy a house that is “for sale buy owner” I would recommend Hutchins Law Firm to be your closing attorney.
