I sold my property to their client on Friday the 12. The deed was recorded on the same day. There no attorney available to endorse sellers check. Which means someone in charge did not believe it was necessary to have someone available on work day, Friday. On Monday, the check does not make it out of office for UPS delivery. As of now, still no tracking information. Do not complete real estate transactions with this firm.

I’ve had two closing here and both times were filled with lack of communication and errors. Our attorney quit right before our closing and we were never told this or given any other attorney’s name. The legal assistant helping us kept referring to the attorney who was no longer there. They don’t call back, they don’t email back, I used to think real estate was what this firm did best but now it seems that they are overburdened and are now sacrificing quality for the sake of maintaining volume.
