An employee terminated their employment and my title search was delayed because no one knew. We were not able to close on the scheduled date and that cost me additional moving expenses and an inconvenience. We closed at 9am and as of 5pm, the deed has not been recorded because of a clerical error, resulting in additional delays. I do not recommend this firm!!!

I used them for Real Estate/the sell of my house. They were very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls. I mainly worked with Sarah Swain at the Cameron office, but I signed all of my paperwork at the Ramsey office. Everyone was so nice and had fast turn around times. Also, the facilities are gorgeous!
