Adelia Schiffman's office handled two closings for me, and both were problematic. One of them had numerous errors in the HUD, and the assigned attorney kept making mistakes and sending incorrect versions over (7-8 revisions). When we finally closed the deal, exhausted, it still wasn't done right (rent pro-rations missing, and refund not accounted for correctly).
