They have a great customer service platform. Apart from saving me thouasands of dollars in long term insurance premiums they were extremely responsive and took care of all my needs. If I ever get another ticket, I won’t hesritate to call them again.

Easiest experience ever. Mine was probably an easy one due to my good driving record...but still. Only 99 bucks to reduce my 70 in a 55 to improper equipment. Thank you very much!

Hatley Law is amazing. I got caught in a speed trap within an inactive non-occupied construction zone in Statesville. I live hours away from Statesville and travel quote a bit for work, so trying to take care of this in person would have been impossible. Hatley handled the whole thing for me, and were able to get the citation pled down to an equipment violation without my ever having to visit the court. I was even able to pay the final fine online. Anyone considering having a firm handle their case can feel safe using Hatley, no questions asked. Great job guys.
