I am happy to report that Crumley Roberts did a great job in representing me. They kept me informed on my case every step of the way. They exceeded my expectations. I didn't think they would go above and beyond the call of duty, but they did. Very friendly, and made me feel like they cared about my case out come.

Crumley Roberts was excellent with handling my case! They let me know everything that was happening step by step and gave me updates about my case regularly. They also made everything simple and easy without me ever having to go into the office during the time of Covid-19! Which was awesome because im an expecting mother. Haley my case manager was very responsive and patient and my lawyer Mr. McLaurin was awesome as well and handled the insurance companies with an iron fist! Thank you so much to both of them!

I had three case managers. I was told I would be contacted every two weeks, however, that didn't occur. I received a fair settlement that C & R got for me, but I can't give them 5 stars. I never met my attorney and only spoke on the phone with him twice in a year and a half. Don't believe all the stuff you see on TV, it isn't always true.
