Absolute wonderful staff to work with. Everyone we have spoken to has been pleasant. Each time I had a question or concern, Elizabeth answered every single one in detail. Abby Martin has gone above and beyond for me. Any time I have to call or email her for my case, not only is her level of professionalism amazing but her willingness to maintain open and honest communication is superb and refreshing. I'm really surprised when I see such high rating from people on here. The lower I had was hard to get a hold of. He would say he would call and never would. Also didn't want to fight for me at all. Waiting on my paperwork they did for me and live maybe 15 minutes from them and it's been 3 weeks and still no paperwork. I'm very disappointed.

Julia Lane and Christine Burnside both were very thorough. They both were very precise in explaining and keeping me up to date. Julia was quick to respond to any questions I had, and never seemed rushed. They worked hard on my case all the way until the end. They are highly recommended by me, and I would use them again in the future.
