My journey through the VA disability process began in October 2022, and initially, I found myself at a loss. Me and my Partner had gotten into an accident back In December 2023. Enchy and Michele were on both of our cases. They were able to communicate with us and be very transparent with the process and were able to reach a great settlement for my partner so far. I wasted 5 months of gathering documents for my injury case only to have Deuterman say that I couldn't win. Although I had a back injury but my car was damaged minimally they deduced it was too expensive to carry the case to Court and I've tried other Law Firms but they will not handle a case that someone else had started. Deuterman misrepresented themselves to me. If my outcome wasn't great they should have fought for me until the end and not thrown in the towel. Citing expensive Expert testimony was needed, which was expensive and the remainder of award ,for the lawyers time and energy and that I would receive nothing. So they closed my case and as I stated no other Law firm would represent a 5-month-old case!
