The whole deuterman team that i worked with was very helpful they always had answers to any question i had they where there for me every step of the way i would highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs help deuterman has you back

The entire campus is like Fort Knox with every door locked. I am giving this firm a 3 star because they lack communication and follow through. We felt like we were not important and kept in the dark. They often promised to call back but never did. We always had to recall them back.

Deuterman law does amazing work, Elizabeth was always there if I needed help or had questions. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know!!!!!!

After my first denial of disability Deuterman Law quickly filed for a reconsideration. The staff called monthly to check my status with my medical appointments. All the friendly staff reassured me the process was going well. They keep me confident when I felt as if I could not go another day. Finally I received the call my Disability was approved. I appreciate the dedicated staff at Deuterman Law.

So I called this law firm for my husband. My husband has several issues and he qualifies for social security. It can be proven. But because it requires a little bit of leg work,and a little bit of hunting. To get the proof in writing of my claims. When there's far more documentation for his problems then mine were when I did my case in 2015. This attorney's office told me that my husband is 45 and that he must be able to prove in court that he is unable to do any of the jobs in the big book of jobs for the United States.. and let's face it is basically it is called The Big book of jobs. There is a person at the hearing with this dumb book in front of him. Saying well what about this job and then your attorney says this job requires this. my client requires this accommodation, will that job allow it. If no, then we go to the next possible job. Until you go through basically every possible industry that the disabled person is possibly capable of doing. Let's see in North Carolina unless you have an attorney for this hearing to answer these questions you're never going to get approved. However if you'r Attorney is willing to do a little bit of leg work. It's not that hard to prove that your client is disabled. this attorney's office has me on the phone for almost 2 hours, to find out I was not talking to an attorney. I was talking to a secretary. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes, to condense down a 2-hour conversation. her attorney tells me through her. Not even taking the time them self. that we have to be able to prove that my husband is incapable of doing the jobs in a big book of jobs. I just lost 2 hours of my life, got my husband's hopes up, had to relive painful memories.. to find out we were not even talking to an attorney, and then find out the attorney doesn't want to do the work. I can prove all of my husband's claims but the disability system in North Carolina pretty much mandates without an attorney you will never be approved. It Is horrible horrible racket. And this company decided that $6,000 wasn't enough money to spend 20 minutes in court to help somebody. I hope like hell theyone day have to know what we feel like when we have to deal with this.

If you were looking for lawyers to get things done, don’t go to these guys. They’re the worst especially chase Cobb. He didn’t do anything to even try to get me what I deserve they make you sit back. Wait , more about that lawyer I knew more about my case than Chase Cobb did told me he’d get me 50,000 he only got me 5000 worst lawyer ever don’t go to these guys now they’re still trying to screw my wife

Right and wrong just don't matter anymore they might as well put it right up there with innocent until proven guilty, because neither one of them mean anything unless right and wrong or innocent until proven guilty are printed on $100 bills then they're worth something. This is the advice I got call the North Carolina Labor board why didn't you just say going to your boss's office and cuss him up one side and down the other and then get fired That's what they should have probably told me yeah call the labor board put your name on something complain about what's going on so they can fire you yeah that's way better than you know anything else

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I thought I would be in for a fight to get my disability insurance approved, however that was not the case Tori Stressman was amazing! She was transparent to me every step of the way! I assumed from talking to others that this would be a long process, however they somehow pushed my case through! I was approved super fast! I think it was less than 4 months! I definitely recommend this group!!!
