I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the support and services provided by Deuterman Law Group. My first call in I was able to speak with Mr. Deuterman to review my case. I was assigned a legal team. My legal team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, communicated well, cared about my well-being and was thorough in gathering the facts - medical records and other evidence needed. I was treated with the utmost respect, as an individual and as a person NOT a number or paycheck. They took time to explain the process, guided me through each step, kept me updated frequently. If I had questions, concerns or updates typically they responded back within hours via email or phone. I had one team member, a paralegal that was my point of contact. Having assigned a personal associate to my case simplified the whole process. This person knew my case from beginning to end, communicated with my team of experts. Having one contact I felt cared for. Everyone was kept in the loop including myself. This is critical in managing and preparing for your case to go before a judge. The only negative that I can say is this office is locked down like Fort Knox. If you need to drop off paperwork you need an appointment. This system needs to be explained to clients in the first packet of paperwork or first intake that provides an overview of your case. Maybe they need to consider an improved system. If I need future services I would not hesitate to contact this office first. They provide the personal touch which is becoming more rare everyday in our society. Deuterman Law Group exceeded my expectation!
