Today's date 08/23/2023 . Life happens So we have filed our 4th bankruptcy in 2020. Survived the covid and right up to February of this year when our case was less than 3 months from discharge my husband had three strokes, our world got turned upside down. I requested for a discharge due to hardship before our mortgage fell behind, nothing happened. so on the 15th there was a court date for dismissal. We don't know what happened , out paralegal keep brushing us off. I don't think I asking for much . We do pay them. Because I am a Godly woman I not going to mention the name of this paralegal but it puts a bad look on the entire law firm. You have our lives in your hand , I use to feel safe with you NOW just the opposite . I just want to get through this and be done with this law firm. I don't recommend them. This is the Raleigh office I am speaking about.

Initially we contacted the law offices of John T ORCUTT but tried to save by using a less expensive attorney and that turned into a disaster. So one year later we again contacted John T ORCUTT so as to file Bankruptcy which turned out way better than we had anticipated.
