This law firm is inhumane, heartless and deplorable. I called them a week and a half ago. The answering service says they will call back in 48 hours. No one responded. I called back to see if I could get 3 more days until I was paid to clear a balance because I HAD TO HELP BURY MY GRANDDAUGHTER and it took all of my money previous to this date ($5000 contribution ). I had mailed them payments which they did receive. I was told no. I could have provided proof if asked. Death comes to all of us at some point or another; I guess they are exempt. I feel my reason was valid for a little grace; I only asked for 3 days. Non the less I hope they never experience the loss I did. I will add that just within an hour of my first phone call the above post I received a phone call from the firm. I spoke with a young lady name C.J. She went over my account with me. She was professional, and very empathetic. In summary positive results!! Thank you so much for representing the firm in a more positive light. C.J definitely earned them 5 stars.

The attorney Emily at this firm advised that she would be able to take my traffic case for the appointed date. She was going to charge me $300 and required to me to obtain my own driving record since I was out of state driver. They required all this information and then 7days before advised she could not be there to represent me. Terrible communication from her office and highly unprofessional. Do not recommend. Administrative staff appears to lack competence as well.

Andrew Brower and Stephanie McIntire - 5 stars all day. I'd describe my experience as similar to reading a book. People you meet in chapter one (consultation) and decide it's worth the investment of time. I had another consultation with another agency but cancelled it after my initial Zoom with Andrew. I knew this was the team I wanted to align myself with. For me, interpersonal skills are equally important as professional experience. They just go hand it hand. Each phase of the probate process flowed smoothly and seamlessly. Each page and each chapter (step) along the way was unknown and my questions were always answered quickly, timely and professionally. I wish I knew all the answers but I don't. To make sure sure I understood, I felt completely comfortable asking the same question, sometimes twice. I never doubted or worried about anything along the way. Probate closed in January. I closed the book and feel like I'm better for finding Andrew and Stephanie. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. You think your hiring this bad a** lawyer to represent you but once they get there money then they pass you off to a paralegal and then you have to start all over with your case. They messed up on the court order documents and never sent it for me to review. They kept on asking what I wanted the other side to provide but they never made them follow through my demands but I had to jump through hoops.
