T. Keith Black and Amanda were a delight to work with. I had a pretty complicated dispute with two different parties over a water mitigation project. Keith successfully negotiated a settlement and enforced the execution of the terms within my tight deadline. Getting all parties to meet these tough deadlines was key to the success of my case. I cannot thank them enough for always being responsive to my emails and the professionalism they showed throughout. I can finally put this behind me. Note: our entire case was handled remotely through phone and emails. Such a blessing during these times when in person meetings are just not practical.

We just bought our first home and were a little overwhelmed with the process. This firm helped navigate that process, broke everything down into plain language, and stayed on top of things so that we could avoid hitches that might prevent us from moving into our home. It was a LOT of work and occasionally the portal was finicky, but the human touch was worth it. It was even fun talking to them when we arrived at the office. We left with our keys in a few short hours. Highly recommend these guys.

I tried to be civil and pay my HOA dues through them. I was quoted 600 balance. I made a 200 payment and promised to pay the rest by the next Friday. I got a letter in the mail 3 days later stating that my total balance increased to $943. I called back to ask why when I made a 200 payment and a promise to pay. They simply stated, our fees accrue.. These lawyers are blood suckers!!
