I’ve been attempting to pay my HOA dues and fees via telephone for over a week. No one has returned my messages, and one of the representatives mailbox is full, so you can’t leave a message. The level of customer service here is poor. I expect better from a law firm.

It was my first experience with the Carolinas Law Firm and I had the privilege for Mr. T Keith Black, Mr. John Boschini and their Paralegal, Ms. Jehan Al Rifaie to work with my case. After being in a Law Field and working in a Court environment for many years, I can say all of my legal matters was handled very professionally. Every time I called, the Paralegal was a pleasure to talk with because every time I called or emailed she passed it on to the Attorney. She took time out to hear everything I had to say instead of talking over me and rushing me off the phone. Even though I communicated with them after hours with calls, emails etc. I would still get a response back from Ms. Jehan or Attorney Black. It was a very stressful time but In the Court room Attorney Black had his game face on and he was STRICTLY about Business. He goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations because he definitely made me feel worried free. I highly recommend him and his Law Firm to handle your case. Wish I could use him and the law firm for all my legal matters. In my legal matters it was worth every penny and I thank you all for your much needed support.
