When I first had my injury at work I was unsure how to go about getting my workers comp started due to never having a claim about an injury at work. From day one I have always had the best contact from my lawyer and her paralegal. They were there anytime I had any questions or concern making sure I received the answer in a timely and very professional manner. They were there the entire 8 months of my case and took each step with me along the way. Hunter made sure that I was treated for my injuries and gave me her word that she would get me some help and compensation that was I was owed. It was a slow process but it was worth it in the end. Dont do it..I wouldnt let them install my cable tv..if you have anything to invole your life..injuries..disabilities..or even a stop sign ticket..save you time. They set appointments and miss them..fact..have you sign contracts to affirm that they are representing you. And tell you all kinds of things for years..and say things are all good. And while 6our trying to get treatment and get healed you will have issues with them and them not honoring their agreement.. and unless your case is a slam dunk where no work is required then don't expect them to do any good in your life..and yes these are the things the attorney said to me. That it is work and will cost and they gotta keep the lights on. So they don't want to pay anything to fight a case. So they let a insurance company scare them..so don't bother cause if you need a attorney to fight by your side and do right these flops are not it..I'm just trying to save anyone from going thrugh the issues of having babysit their case or having to restart their case in the middle of worrying about their treatment.
