I want to thank Ricci Law Firm for helping me settle my case. The process went smoothly and very quick. Leann was an excellent attorney during this difficult time in my life. She was very understanding and kept me informed about my case. Everyone that I spoke with at the office was very pleasant and respectable. Ricci Law Firm is Great So Far! They have been very informative on what I should do and how it will work. I've never had to deal with workmans comp before. Tried to receive help and information on a case I was wanting to open, but was not sure of what to tell the representative that called me back. I was not informed that I had to discuss all of my issues, such as all medical history and medical issues that I have. I was told that I would be speaking to a lawyer concerning all of these issues, and that would be the person that determined whether they would be able to help me. They turned me down without me even speaking to a lawyer. I called back to bring this misunderstanding to a secretary's attention, and she would not allow me to speak to a lawyer and was not interested in hearing what I had to say, but instead told me there was nothing she could do to further assist me. I have never heard of such a thing. This was not a very friendly place and they refused to assist me or offer any other options or to hear me out. I really hope that they do not treat all of there clients this way because to my knowledge they are supposed to help people in the best, most courteous way possible. I hope others have better luck than I did and receive better help and compassion towards there case.

What a amazing team I had. It starts with the receptionist first you feed off their energy whether or not you going to have a good or bad experience. Because they are the first person you meet when you walk in. First impression will last forever I was having a bad day and Brittany step in with that smile of her and gave me the biggest hug .
