Ricci Law Firm handled my worker's compensation case and I feel that there was a lack of communication between the paralegal and my lawyer. I was told one thing by the paralegal and told something different by the lawyer. The paralegal seemed to have a snappy attitude over the phone and I know I complained some due to being on worker's compensation with constantly late paychecks of which I needed to live on without having to continue to sell personal items to make my bill payments, but she could/should have been a little nicer. I ended up having to sell alot of items I wanted to keep to make the bills and due to that fact and stress level of not having much of anything anymore I feel that my settlement overall should have been at least just a little more. At times I would have at least like to have heard from the lawyer or even the paralegal more often cause there were sometimes long periods of time with them not getting in touch with me. The best person they have working there was the receptionist (Marsha), she was always nice, mannerly, and she was just an outstanding individual. She needs a raise cause she is a wonderful asset to the company, perfect for the front lines/desk, and overall good at her job. If she doesn't get a raise then she needs to switch companies, cause she has to much talent to continue working there. I just feel that the company may have grown to big and has trouble with communication amongst themselves, they may be to much in the friend zone with the adjusters as well, and finally they seem to lack the ability to have much sympathy for the customers of which pay them a good sum of there settlement money (or at least it seems that way). I most likely would not hire them again however while saying that I kinda feel like if Brian Ricci were the actual lawyer that was working with me then it might would have been a better experience and I might would have gotten more. Hands down best receptionist at her job though, praise be to God for a friendly face when walking in the front door.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would!! My daddy used this law firm to fight for his disabilty claim. We were very please with the ⭐excellent⭐ customer service, promptness, insight and friendliness we received from his case manager, Ashley Jones! We also were very pleased with the process of the claim. At the hearing, my dad's representative, Michael O'Conner, made sure he understood everything and was confident and knew exactly what was going to happen. He relieved a lot of stress. At Ricci law firm, they made my daddy feel like he was a person, and not just a number. They always explained everything to him in terms he could understand. (Not just "lawyer lingo" lol) They were always there to answer any calls, or emails with questions that he had through the whole process. We would recommend ANYONE that is going through a disability case to contact their office!
