I had all but given up on my case and I'm probably not a good client and didn't want to talk to any lawyer and after several attempts to contact me i finally answered , after talking to Ricci Law Firm, i could see they cared they where sincere. I have had outstanding customer service from my case manager Brendan Bottoms. He helped speed up the process of my case and get the results I was looking for. I couldnt get anyone to from the other party to return my phone calls until Brendan joined my case. I would highly recommend Ricci Law Firm and Brendan.

Unfortunately I was denied by SSI, but during my time with Ricci law firm I had the pleasure of dealing with Sherri. She has always made time for me, answered all my questions, and been so supportive during this process. I didn't get the outcome that I was hoping for, but Sherri is still helping me with all my questions and concerns. I hope anyone who goes with this law firm receives the same help and caring that Sherri has given me over the past few years.
