Firm cancelled our first appointment without notification and then did not sent confirmation for the second appointment for more than 24 hours. The communication with them is quite poor. We decided to use another firm.

I have been working with Ricci law firm the past 3 months since my accident. Any questions I have had they have answered and explained to me so I understand what's going on. They have kept in touch with me throughout the process checking in, making sure I am getting the treatments I need.
