Mrs. Fitzpatrick handled my divorce and I could not imagine using anyone else in a matter like this. She took the time to learn about me and what I really cared about in the divorce and then executed a plan to settle before trial. Needless to say I was very happy with the end result.

My husband and I use Lisa for our living will and other legal matters. She is very personable which made things easy, especially when you are talking about something as sensitive as your children and what happens if something where to ever happens to us. The whole process was smooth and we now have piece of mind that our wishes will be handled properly. Lisa represented me through a very difficult time in my life when I was going through a divorce and trying to negotiate the terms of my former residence with my ex. I called this office to get a quote on a couple of traffic tickets I received and Lisa answered the phone. She sounded pleasant and gave me a reasonable quote. She then began asking and prodding odd questions that were not relevant to my case. It felt like she gauging my finances. My doubts were confirmed when she called the next day and tripled her original quote, adding that I may need to open a savings account to pay her. Wanting to give her the benefit of a doubt I asked what the outcome would be once she got paid--her words began stumbling and stated she wasn't entirely sure what would happen to my tickets. I received an email from Lisa with a paragraph detailing the breakdown of her billing and what kind of payment she accepts, but nothing on my tickets. Later I contacted two different law offices and settled on an attorney who was straightforward and honest, the only thing he said to me was his quote and what he could do with my tickets. I can't speak on Lisa's competence on family or traffic law because I never hired her, however Lisa Fitzpatrick's professional ethics are questionable. Shop around and ask for recommendations before believing these perfect 5-star reviews for this office.

Lisa handled a separation agreement for me. She was attentive to my needs and made me feel like I was the most important case she had. She kept in contact by email which allowed me to continue to work and still feel involved in the agreement. She made a difficult time easier with her dedication to constructing an agreement I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend her for your legal needs.
