We had a prepaid consultative appointment. It was apparent that Lisa had not read any of the intake information submitted, she literally read the notes to us. The guidance provided was not accurate, if she was uncertain she should ha e indicated this wasn’t her area of expertise and refunded our money. Very disappointing.

Failed to look at proof. Failed at looking more into detail. Decided what her decision was going to be 5 minutes into our $200 “non refundable” discussion on my case. And returned 100 percent of my money back because of these facts.
