Professional service with a personable approach and personal touch. Brad (and Jessica and Hannah) were very easy to work with, quite knowledgeable about estate planning, and even made the process a little fun. They took time to make sure we were comfortable with complex information, and Brad’s little video walking through important elements of the plan prior to the signing appointment was valuable and a nice touch. What a fantastic firm. We felt welcome, comfortable, taken care of, and respected from the moment we walked in. We learned very quickly that our lawyer Brad is knowledgeable and confident, but never arrogant. -Professional, but laid back. He listens and then guides, and is a master at presenting information in a clear, understandable manner. He spoke “with” us, not “to” us, and came to our meetings extremely prepared. The other team members we met were equally as impressive, clearly experts at what they do.
