I have been with Strauss for 25 years and could not imagine a better law firm. In all my dealings with them, I have never been disappointed. Today, for example, Office Manager Lisa Kessler got me answers to questions that I, as a retired reference librarian and skilled Internet navigator, just couldn't figure out--and she did it effortlessly! The attorneys and staff are so knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with--why would you go anywhere else?

Valerie at Strauss Attorneys was extremely knowledgeable, professional and overall helpful. She went above and beyond in assisting us throughout our legal issues. Making a very complicated situation as smooth of a transition as possible. Everyone at the Hendersonville practice has always gone the extra step to help. Our experience with Strauss Attorneys exceeded our expectations. We worked with Brad Henry to explore our options for estate planning. He was extremely thorough, easy to work with and covered aspects we had not considered which made us feel very confident in his abilities. His recommendation fit our needs completely. My wife and I have had a Living Trust prepared by Strauss Attorneys, PLLC back in 2016, since then we had made two major changes to the Trust, the second change was just finished today. Strauss Attorneys have been great to work with, were concerned with our needs, giving advise as to how to handle said changes. The entire staff at Strauss Attorneys are great and very accommodating.

I highly recommend Brad Henry, an estate lawyer with the Strauss law firm in Hendersonville. My husband (a lawyer) and I needed to have our estate plan updated to comply with NC law, and to be sure our children would be protected. Brad is a wonderful teacher as well as listener. He dealt with all our concerns and will be conferring with our stock brokers to be sure we’re all on the same page. I’m so relieved!

My husband and I needed to update a very outdated trust and Brad Henry at Strauss Attorneys was recommended to us. Brad was very easy to work with and addressed a couple points of concern we had with our previous trust. His recommendations really simplified everything and will make it easier for us to make minor changes to the trust in the future if needed. All office personnel we dealt with were very professional and pleasant to work with.
