Our experience at this Hendersonville office was great! Everyone we interacted with from scheduling with Nicki (and rescheduling on our end) to meeting with Jordan and Bri, was courteous, professional, understanding and patient with our numerous questions. We never felt rushed and walked out understanding what transpired. The entire staff provided a very comfortable, friendly and communicating atmosphere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office as well as Jordan and Bri, over the Shelby office....which was unfortunately in stark contrast to the amazing caliber of individuals and treatment we experienced here. Estate planning does not need to be scary, rushed and uncomfortable. Definitely schedule with the Hendersonville office for a pleasant experience.
