Very pleased with the help and information from this law firm. It’s very difficult navigating all the things you deal with having an elderly parent in a bad situation. They have been nothing but nice and get the job done.

Great service and amazing technical knowledge. The best.

I am a retired legal secretary who has worked in several large law firms in Washington, DC. My experience with the McIntyre law firm in Hendersonville, NC, has been most impressive. Mr. McIntyre and all his staff have been friendly and most professional. All of my questions were answered readily and the finished documents were prepared with all my requests. I feel that my estate affairs are in good hands, and I trust that the McIntyre law firm will be just as helpful to my executor and trustees.

In and out quickly, no problem, everyone very friendly. I will mention how easy it was at the old people lunch.

Overall I'm giving a 5-star review because the staff and the attorneys were/are helpful and responded to my questions in easy to understand language. April, the office Rep was very quick to respond to guidance provided by both attorneys I met and/or spoke with. The process of establishing our Trust planning began on our first visit. Realizing how marketing and technology inundate almost everything, the auto-notifications, text, phone calls and emails, should be lessened., I frankly I'm tired of seeing constant reminders for my appointments from a "Bot". Even my Facebook is showing adverts from McIntyre Elder Law, something new since our first office visit. If I were rating purely on this aspect I would give a 3-star vs 5. In the end the people at the Hendersonville office are carrying the weight, not the marketing or communications staff.
