Everyone should sue this law firm for misrepresentation, malpractice in handling cases like they did me for my parents estates and my grandparents they came to me pretending to be my lawyer when they were hired for someone else my former employer and allowed my family and exes and older kids to take everything in the estates.they still have a suitcase with my father’s drivers license and other identification of his

Very poor communication. I am the trustee of my parents’ estate and my emails routinely go unanswered, even when I specifically state that the issue is time sensitive. I don’t know if they have just taken it on too much work or if it is some other issue. I do not live in Hickory, but as I have had to spend more time there, I have heard similar complaints about this firm from others in Hickory. I would not recommend and wish I had chosen differently.

I found Heather Higgins through a friend referral. I’ve never had a lawyer before and she blew it out of the water! She made the process so smooth and handled everything in a timely manner. I hired her for DV and child custody and it was the best decision. She is definitely someone that will fight for you and is in your corner every step of the way.
