Ms Casey Pope did a great job of writing a Power of Attorney for my Aunt and Ms Molly Simpson Gross was very knowledgeable and helpful on the Guardianship process I had to go through. I highly recommend this law firm as they are professional, knowledgeable, and very caring.

Heather Higgins was wonderful in helping our family to navigate a difficult situation involving our child and a school truancy issue caused by mental health problems. She helped protect our rights as parents and our child's rights as we found the path that was best for our family.

Heather Higgins I can't say enough good things about her. She is so very intelligent and if we would just get out of her way then trust me she gets the job done. Nervous bc of the charges......bro don't be. My "Lady of Justice " has got you. She has never lost, she has gone above and beyond for the extremely fair price. So much so that it was like we were family and she was fighting for me. In my life I've had half a dozen maybe a few more and every dam one of them talked a huge game right up until I paid them. Then they stuck their tail between their legs, bent over and asked the D.A. "is this ok Mr. D.A." not Mrs. Higgins. She is a shark in a pool of guppies. A predator of truth and Justice. She will stalk the truth and pounce on the opposition. Hire her! If you can HIRE THIS WOMAN!!!! I've been waiting in court before the judge comes in and have heard the bailiff telling a different lawyer how extremely good Mrs Higgins is. So good, I'm so happy with her effort. I'm so thankful God had her in my corner. I can't say enough good things about her. Thanks for everything Mrs. Higgins.
