DO NOT HIRE! Hire this law firm 2.5 years ago for represtation in an eviction case. Judge found infavor of eviction but other party appealed. Been waiting for jury trial for 2.5 years to get this person off my property. The case is FINALLY going to trial. Got email on 7/19 that they were ready and prepared for court. On the 7/26 (1 month before trial) recieved an email NO PHONE CALL NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION they couldn't be in court that day - postone or get another lawyer.

Had a business legal issue, was put in touch with Michael P. Thomas. Consulted with him on the phone & through e-mail about possibly pursuing legal action. Was told fees where on a contingency basis, then received a bill for the phone call and emails. Fees where never discussed prior to calls or emails. Disputed the fees with an answer of no, never got an answer to 2 out of the 3 critical legal questions I had. Would never recommend Mr. Michael P. Thomas.
