The folks at Jennifer Allen Law were great at helping me understand my options when I recently got a speeding ticket. As a new resident of the state (coming from CA) the laws around here are, well, unique, so I very much appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me. Plus, they were able to get my charges reduced. No points, yay!

A year ago, I hired Lauren for an expungement while being represented by her father for a custody case. He recommended her as the best. Since, she never contacted nor updated me on the progress, prompting me to call. Since she has no voicemail, the receptionist had to message her. She will not call you back, but may email you. In July, she advised me only one more step was needed before finalizing the expungement. One year later, I called to ask if it was done. Much to my dismay, I was informed Lauren was closing my file and refunding my fees, without reason. I tried contacting her but got no response. This happened just after I dismissed her father due to how poorly he was handling my custody case. Now I have to start over again and hire a lawyer. If losing custody of my child for 3 years wasn't hard enough, even worse was an incompetent lawyer pulling the plug and wasting my valuable time.

I'm glad I decided on Jennifer Allen Law. That was a good decision.

Jennifer Allen is a great lawyer at a great price. She got my misdemeanor dropped and reduced my speeding ticket, and I never had to worry about appearing in court or missing anything. Her office answered any and all questions I had, so I always felt in control of my case. The biggest drawback is that the office was sometimes hard to reach; however, they always responded eventually. I would highly recommend Jennifer for any traffic cases!

I am very unhappy with my experience using Jenifer Allen. I contacted her to get a MAR which I was told by the Orange County Courthouse could be executed on my own and she assured me that it was not a difficult or unusual thing to get done. Then a few months later I tried several times to contact her for the results and her assistant Nicole told me that she was unable to get it on the first try and she would try again the following month. During the next 6 months I tried to reach Jennifer several more times but I only heard back from her once to say that she had tried and told me she would try again until 9 months had passed and I gave up. I now have a point on my driving record.
