I had an unprofessional experience with them where I was CC'd to an internal email which was from one of the staff calling me 'high maintenance and attached to her for some reason." She also told her assist to lie to me that she was out of town if I called. I don't believe that is a nice way to treat your clients especially when it comes to representing them in a legal matter no matter how large or small. Also, when I emailed her back to address this issue, she replied with "haha" and tried to explain it was a joke. It's only fair for me to share this experience here.

I had an extraordinary experience with Jennifer Allen, I received a letter from her by mail after I had gotten a speeding ticket. I decided to give her a call and spoke with Nicole, who handled everything. Nicole was very pleasant and extremely helpful, she also told me not to worry, that I was in good hands and that was proven. I don't like courtrooms, and was thrilled that I didn't have to go to court. Jennifer got my ticket reduced, and I would recommend her for any Traffic issues. I certainly hope that I don't need Jennifer again but if I do, I wont hesitate to pick up the phone and give her a call. Thanks again to Nicole and Jennifer for my painless experience.

I am very disappointed with my experience in hiring the Jennifer Allen law firm. The attorney (not Jennifer Allen) wound up getting me a worse result than if I had just plead guilty and sent in the ticket. He claimed that he got my ticket "reduced" to a Careless and Reckless so that I wouldn't lose my license "for a full calender year." That is two false statements: Careless and Reckless is not a reduction, but an increase of 4 instead of 2 insurance points, and I would not have lost my license for a year, but for 30 days. Now my insurance will increase 80 to 90% for the next 3 years instead of 45%. So this experience will cost me several hundred dollars in insurance payments as well as the $313.00 that I paid this lawyer. After I complained, Jennifer Allen would not help me in any way. I would be better off if I had never hired them and just taken care of it myself.
