I had Johnathan Naylor as my attorney for 3 separate cases. Amazing! I'll give details following, but long story short was 3 dismissals. I am over-the-top out of this world happy that the courts appointed this man to represent me. He has been totally professional, calm, and effective in every aspect. 1 - Assault on a female 2 - 3rd DWI 3 - 2nd degree trespass & Communicating threats Assault on a female was ultimately dropped because the victim did not show. However, the prosecutor did call her and she requested to have it dropped. So it may seem like he didn't have to do much for that to happen but I can assure you that wasn't the case. The DWI was challenging. The circumstances surrounding the case were slightly in my favor. Even though I blew a .07 at the station, the evil side tried to say that my BaC was going down and I most certainly had to be at or above .08 (legal limit). We had a bench trial and ultimately the judge decided to dismiss it due to the state not being able to definitively prove my guilt. And that happened solely because of Mr.Naylor and his ability to control the situation and bring out the flaws and faults that the state made. I was amazed and speechless. The no trespass and communicating threats was dismissed because the victim never showed up. Sounds easy huh. Well not with me lol because I did show up for court and was there expecting to get it handled that day. Court had lunch from 12-2 and during that time, I had got so comfortable apparently down by the water, and I fell asleep and woke after 5. So now Mr.Naylor had to get this charge dismissed bc the victim wasn't present again, but now I wasn't present. I'm not sure what was said exactly, but it really takes a strong attorney get me out of that jam without an FTA and also get my charges dismissed. So he definitely hit a grand slam for me or maybe a hat trick for sure. I am so ecstatic that I can move on with my life now and I could not ask for a better "best case scenario". I owe Mr.Naylor and the team a million thank you's. I offered to pay him and he refused, as he was a court appointed attorney. The efforts and services extended to me were always top notch. If I ever get jammed up again, I will hire him to be sure he represents me.

In a pinch they helped me so much! I was referred to them by a coworker and will happily spread their name because of how fast they got back to me, and how incredible they were on my behalf! They deserve 10 stars!

Mr Naylor kept me confident during my dui ordeal. He delivered what he thought was possible. At my age (71) I wasn't interested in being part of the dui industry but I managed to do it anyway so I am grateful that Mr Naylor helped to put it behind me.
