Great experience with Castle law firm!! Couldnt be happier with the outcome with Johnathon Naylor in a small claims issue, he was professional, on point and didnt hold back at all. I really felt like he had my back no doubt and I felt I had no worry with him in my corner. I'd recommend Johnathon Naylor to anyone looking to win and will go to him in the future with any other issue that may arise.

Over a year ago I had Them handle a court case for traffic and they did. Then they handled a case with my ex for domestic violence turned around and said they couldn’t handle another traffic case because it’s a conflict of interest. This contradicts itself because I was the first one to ever hire their services so they should’ve told my ex it was a conflict of interest. I will be looking into this as it Is very suspicious and the female that I talk to at the front desk knew me by name and hung up on me.

We contacted Mr. Naylor for a consultation and we’re highly impressed. He was very professional. During the consultation he showed actual interest in the personal details of the case and didn’t view the case as a “paycheck” which most attorneys in our area tend to do. We consulted with numerous attorneys beforehand and once we met with him we decided he was the one! He did EXACTLY what he said he would do, there was no run around, no hassle, nothing but follow through. He formulated a solid game plan and didn’t leave us in the dark. Communication is key especially when you put all your hopes and faith into someone. Mr. Nayler did not disappoint. He did all the leg work efficiently and quickly, time was of the essence in our situation and he certainly made it happen. He represented us in court today and did an amazing job, was well prepared and WON! He got us the answers and the decision we needed that many attorneys over the years haven’t been able to do. I myself found Castle law firm by searching the web and they had nothing but great reviews. I went in and met with Joseph Peterson about custody and divorce. I felt like he listened and fought for what I deserved. He has since been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend them for anything that you need. They will listen and be honest and try their very best. If I could I'd give 10 stars.

I am currently a third-year law student at a nationally ranked top-70 law school. I retained Mr. Castle to handle my child custody, child support, and marital asset division issues. We just had resolution of the child custody case, which was rather complex due to legal and alcohol issues. Mr. Castle is a very ethical attorney and has a solid grasp on how family law is applied in North Carolina. He expertly develops legal strategy with the client and is adept at grasping the nuances of how a particular issue will affect the application of law to your fact pattern. Mr. Castle presents a bit unconventionally, and sometimes appears as if he isn't paying attention, but he is. His firm has always communicated well with me, even as an out-of-state client. He won't tell you what you want to hear simply to make you feel good, but he will give you an honest assessment of your case. I will say this much: he got way better results on my child custody case than I was expecting, and I was impressed at how he developed the case through the hearing. I highly recommend the Castle Law Firm for family law based on my personal experience.
