I am not from the area so receiving a ticket after only being here for a couple months was overwhelming. After reviewing the ticket and reading up on NC laws I felt my best course of action was to invest in an attorney. Due to not being from the area I was then tasked with trying to decide on a firm to represent me in court. Castle Law Firm had some of the best reviews and I now know why. Upon calling I informed the representative of my situation. She answered my questions thoroughly and presented a solution which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Throughout the entire process I was notified promptly of upcoming court/due dates, always given clear direction of the steps I needed to take prior to my court/due dates and always met with courtesy when making payments and turning in documentation. My ticket was indeed a costly mistake! However, based on what could have happened my decision to invest in Castle Law Firm was worth every penny. I do not plan on needing Castle Law Firm again unless its under better circumstances! Lol. Rest assured no matter what the circumstances, I confidently know where I and others can go for assistance!

Mr. Castle was very professional, confident, and knowledgeable in my case. I felt very comfortable speaking with him about my situation. Following Mr. Castle's advice and direction I could not of asked for a better outcome.

Recently our family went through the trauma of our 14 year old being assaulted by a 16 year old in which we needed a no contact order for her protection. Paul Castle was honest with us from the start not just a lawyer out to get our money. He told us it would be a fight but that we had a strong case and that he would fight every step of the way with us. He was amazing when he went over both his questioning and the possible aggressive questioning from the opposing counsel so that our innocent child fully knew as well as ourselves what would be ahead of us. Paul Castle countless times throughout the process and proceedings would stop to tell our daughter that he was truly sorry she had and was having to go through this. To say that a lawyer only works a 9 to 5 day would be an incorrect assessment of Mr. Castle as he meet with us both after 5 and over the weekend to ensure everything was ready for court. I highly recommend if you are unfortunately ever in need of a lawyer that you talk with Paul Castle, not just because he won our case, but because he is a good Christian man who will work hard for you while being open and honest about your case.

Great experience with Castle law firm!! Couldnt be happier with the outcome with Johnathon Naylor in a small claims issue, he was professional, on point and didnt hold back at all. I really felt like he had my back no doubt and I felt I had no worry with him in my corner. I'd recommend Johnathon Naylor to anyone looking to win and will go to him in the future with any other issue that may arise.

Do not use this firm. Mr. Castle is unethical, dishonest, disrespectful and deceitful. He has failed to inform clients of crucial conflicts material to their cases; and he has failed quickly withdraw from cases when required. He has the worst communication skills I have ever seen from a lawyer: doesn’t call clients; doesn’t keep clients informed about their cases; and becomes rude and extremely hostile when confronted about his many shortcomings as a lawyer. Get a lawyer from outside of the county!!! Do not go here.

Stay away. Worst law firm there is, Johnathon Naylor being far beyond the worst attorney. He shows no care in his clients. He is a money business man and not there to listen or help. I do not recommend. All I can say is don't waste your money and if court appointed ask for another, and fast!!!

THE BEST!! I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. I know some will read this glowing review and think it to be a shill or fake review, but I dont care. I wont give this review any less than Mr Castle gave me in court. I consulted with several attorneys before choosing The Castle Law firm. Mr. Castle was the only one that was willing to do the extra work and go the extra mile to get all the charges before I turned myself in. So I knew what I was facing before hand, to properly be prepared. That set the tone for the kind of service I received through out the entire case. Because of his effort he got me bail so cheap I could pay the bond without even going to the atm, then he got me a really great deal from the ADA. But I was dead set on clearing my name so we went to trial. The staff was always helpful keeping me updated and were easy to deal with. When the trial started I was able to see why Castle is known as the best damn trial lawyer in 3 county's. He stayed cool under pressure when the pretrial motions started. All the while I'm losing faith in the justice system with every motion the judge gives the prosecution. And the jury selection didnt make it look any better. By the time the ADA was done presenting the first witness I felt beaten. But not Castle. He reminded me, in not so many words, that it's not the luck of the draw the matters it's the way you play your cards, that count. Once the state rested their case, Mr Castle began to slowly present his facts. Strategically shining a light on the holes in their case. With every question he asked you started to see a whole new picture coming to light. It was not long after that, I felt the tide begin to turn in our favor. As the fact pattern developed you could see he was in total control of everyone's attention in that court room, it was like a general leading the army to battle. The closing argument brought the different pieces together the way a conductor brings together the instruments of an orchestra. He gave the jury a chance to see and hear past the smoke and mirrors presented by a prosecutor that seemed to care more about winning than he cared about truth... the only thing I remember after that is hearing the judge reading the jury verdict "Not Guilty!"

Mr.Naylor Is the best I acquired his services he got my criminal Case dismissed. He was always willing to listen and actually cared about the outcome of my case. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful as well. His legal assistant Mrs. Krystin is very helpful as well told me exactly what to expect and always was willing to listen. Thanks.

Mr.Castle represented me in my divorce and child custody proceedings. I'm happy to say things went in my favor thanks to Mr. Castle and all the hard work he and his staff did. He showed true concern in caring for myself and my children and only wanted what was best for them.
