It was really a pleasure having mr. Castle as my attorney. I had a dwi in onslow county back in March. I just so happened to make one of the best decisions in my life by choosing mr. Castle. I met with him personally I had direct contact with him concerning my case. He was not hesitant on responding to me. He was honest, loyal and most of all. He has a heart of gold. Times as we all can relate got a little shaky due to the pandemic. When I couldn’t see how I was going to come up with the lawyer fees. Mr. Castle reached out with such concerns and care. Ladies and gentlemen he worked with me and i was so amazed. I really could go on and on. If you want top results on a case. Choose Mr. Castle he was truly a blessing to me.

Mr. Peterson took two very tough cases for me at an extremely fair price. I didn't get gouged or surprised with fees while he and his team put in a lot of long hours preparing for these cases. I was open and honest with him and he was the same with me. He was always one step ahead of opposing counsel and after seven grueling months we were able to get everything I wanted and more. Essentially, a vengeful person managed to use the court system to file both a criminal and civil charge against me and even created false evidence. Mr. Peterson had a wide breadth of experience with this sort of thing and got both cases dropped with prejudice and expunged from my record. Exactly the result I needed. The paralegals and staff were knowledgeable and helped me when he was in court or working on other cases. I have worked with other lawyers in other counties where the paralegal work cost more than the lawyer. That was not the case here. Not by a long shot. Being falsely accused of something is a horrible experience. And unfortunately in this country it happens frequently. If this ever happens to you in Onslow County, you're going to need a lawyer who knows how to dissect a liar's case. Joseph Peterson is that lawyer.

Very professional. Took care of a traffic infraction from last year. Kept me updated regularly. Did not have to appear in court. And just found out case was dismissed today.

If you are looking for a lawyer who does not stand up for his client and allows the opposing lawyer to run roughshod over the court room, then Paul is ur guy.... If you want a lawyer so caught up in everything else that everytime you have a court date you have to re-explain everything over from the start everytime, then Paul is ur guy. Quite honestly the most inept lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of using, and I have used a lot over the years....

The only reason I’m giving 3 Stars instead of 1 is because of the support staff/ paralegal team. The paralegal team was more informative to me than Mr. Peterson the attorney that I hired. Anytime I had a question the paralegal team would be their to answer all my questions. For my attorney that a hired I felt like any time I tried to contact him via phone or email he never replied back to any of my messages. Also he informed me that day we meet, he could have my case dismissed in 3 months, but that wasn’t the case. When I finally got him on the phone and ask why my Case hasn’t been dismissed, I felt he was trying to rush to get off the phone with me and informed me I had to wait 3 more months to have a my case fully dismissed. At the time I decided hired a different attorney out of the county to get my case resolved On 6/4/2020. On 6/9/2020 my dismissed. I can’t speak on the other 2 lawyers at the firm behalf. But for any criminal matters I would not recommend Mr. Peterson. Hiring him was a mistake and a waste of 750 dollars.

I would Definitely recommend Mr. Peterson! He went above and beyond for my case and i was so pleased with how well he communicated and cared so passionately about helping me.

Mr Castle is a very competent lawyer who did a fantastic job representing me for a civil suit against a mechanic who unlawfully charged me over $4,000 in storage fees. We won the lawsuit and got repaid all of that AND attorney fees returned. Money should be coming in soon, finally. It was a pleasure to work together.

They did a great job with helping me and I had a good court appointed lawyer. Friendly and down-to-earth people thank you so much.

So far I haven't had a bad experience with them.
