WARNING! If you need anything done with real estate I do not recommend them. They charged my parents, which my father is a veteran, $2500 for a “retainer fee”. They said there would be communication every week and all I got were bills of what they have charged out of the $2500 for “research.” After the first 3 weeks and $500 of charges (which included charges for listening to a voice mail and more charges for relaying the info to two different lawyers) there was no more communication. After doing my own research for 30 minutes on my lunch break I found out more than they had yet to provide me with. What I was asking for from them to do was very simple and after contacting a real estate lawyer they told me exactly what needed to happen and started the process without any payment and told me exactly what it would cost, which was under $300. I do not trust King law and do not recommend them. Also, after asking for a refund I was told they can’t do that so I asked for the remaining money back. They can’t refund money back to a credit card so I had to wait on a check which are only written on Fridays. Over 2 weeks later I finally received it in the mail. If I could give lower than one star I would.

Professional? Yes! Will to help my with where I’m at? No! Costs is to high for me up front.
