I would like to tell any and everyone to find a better firm they will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you which is what I found out the hard way they charged me thousands of dollars to evaluate and take on my case essentially and then when the company that I needed help suing didn't respond to us they gave up but kept most of all of the money from the retailer I gave that in itself should be criminal but I'm not the first person this firm has gotten over on also the staff are rude they didn't really like to answer the phone for me and when they did it seemed like I was bothering them please please do not use this firm they will not help you I will be reporting this firm actually these shady practices won't be able to get these people by forever

My husband and I worked with Eran to update our wills, etc. Our experience was very positive as Eran pleasantly explained everything in detail and walked us through the documents. Throughout the process, Haley stayed in touch and responded to questions promptly. Very pleased with our experience.

Pappalardo assisted our business in getting our Venue Documents exactly right with quick response and patience listening to all of our questions. With Covid, the event and catering business we own we wanted to sharpen our documents so there are no surprises. We wanted clients to be satisfied with their contract and know exactly what they are signing while the business is protected. I feel confident we now have that available for our clients and our business. Matt and Sophia also helped with our Operating Agreement and making sure as business partners we have a play by play if we decide to close up or one of us would like out of the business. We are aware of exactly what needs to happen if exiting the business due to death or one of us would want out of the business. We would feel confident about parting the business if one of us chose that option.
