My attorney Matt Vilmer, partner, helped me through a civil case that should never have been a case to begin with. It was over a 2 year process and he continued to show his depth of knowing litigation as if he were preparing for his law school graduate class. Over and over he outsmarts his opponent. Furthermore, I have used WBB for other needs, because it is like a one-stop shop. I have used them for a speeding ticket and to my amazement they were able to get me no points in a situation I was bound to have them. Attorney Katelin Taylor is well educated in this arena.

No one ever *wants* to employ an attorney but if you need one, this is the place to go. Dave Bland has become a part of our family and fought tirelessly for our family. There are no words to express our gratitude for his effort in our quest for justice except to say that our fight was his fight.

The worst thing I have ever done, stepping into their office. Extortionate pricing for my divorce proceedings. Incompetent attorney that cost me gravely. I had to file for bankruptcy, almost lost my house twice. I have no health insurance, not enough alimony to get by month to month. No pensions. Do not go near this law firm for divorce proceedings.!!!! They destroyed my life. One star is too much

We contacted Weaver Bennett & Bland, P.A., Attorneys at Law to prepare our will. They were very professional and explained everything very thoroughly to us. We were delighted with their services and would recommend them to our friends.

Highly recommend Eran Weaver. Our family has used his services for estate planning and probate several times now and have been extremely pleased. Upon my aunt's death (he had drawn up her Will) he has helped us very successfully navigate the propate process, thoroughly answering our questions and making helpful recommendations as necessary. When my mother recently passed away I did not hesitate to retain Mr Weaver's services to help us with the resolution of her estate as well.

Eran Weaver was generous with his time and gave good explanations for our wills and trusts. We thought the price was good.

The loss of my mother-in-law was very upsetting and a big concern because we (my wife, brother-in-law, his wife and myself) weren't sure how to manage the estate. We asked for a consultation with W,B&B to get a summary of what we needed to do. I had used them for my father's will and POA in the past. Eran was very polite and kind. It was clear that he had worked with people during their time of loss in the past. However, we left the consultation confused and just as worried as when we came in. We hoped to learn what was required of us but ended up hiring them to do everything for us because we were worried we were going to get ourselves in trouble doing things wrong. Over the next several weeks we slowly began to understand the process and became more and more frustrated that it could have been explained plainly in our first meeting and saved us hundreds or a couple of thousand dollars in attorney's fees. Even when we decided we needed to stop using them, it cost another $220 just to call and say "Stop" and have them notify the county clerk that they were no longer representing us. If you need to understand a legal matter, this is not the place to go. It will be explained to you in a manner meant to go over your head. Again, Eran is very polite but most of the contact afterward is with his paralegal Haley and she is very difficult without customer service skills.

Our company paid Weaver Bennett and Bland to draft a real estate lease agreement for us. Now we have to enforce this contract and our litigator is uneasy due to a poorly written acceleration clause. We were charged over four hundred per hour for a contract that wasn’t written properly. It’s infuriating to pay overpriced attorneys for work that you can’t valid was done correctly until you have to enforce it. Before you leave these guys positive reviews, see how one of their contracts holds up in action first. Obviously we don’t recommend Weaver Bennett and Bland law firm.
