I was pulling my horse trailer with a sick horse inside; anxious to get home. Was speeding 73 in a 55mph. I reached out that very evening here on Avvo and Matt answered post haste. He was able to get my ticket reduced to where I got no points and nothing to affect insurance rates. He took care of it with the first 48-72 hours.
He corresponded immediately to my every email and phone call. Thank you for Matt for alleviating additional stress in an already stressful situation.

Jason was surgical in his ability to address the problem and offer good advice. His advice for me ended up being that I didn't need his services, and he told me what to expect as I pursued the matter myself. His consultation fee is very low, his responsiveness is excellent, he handles his own scheduling and he was honest. I highly recommend his services.

I referred a client to Mr. Swain about a week ago in Stanley County. If it was handled incorrectly, our mutual client would have lost her license and faced a severe sentence with a high probability for active jail time. In an amazingly short amount of time he was able to get her charge in Stanley County dismissed, far exceeding my expectations.
