Mr. Jason Witt is a very professional and a caring attorney, of which is hard to find. He stayed in close contact regarding a legal matter on my behalf, and I will recommend Witt Law Firm, P.A. to family, friends for sure. I will most likely contact Treva Taylor, of Witt Law Firm, P.A., for any Real Estate advise as well in the future. Living in Union County, and working Down Town Charlotte, NC at the time was very convenient since Witt Law Firm, P.A. has an office there, as well; in Monroe NC. Jason, thank you for all your help and I would of course retain you again if ever necessary!

Accidentally received a pretty hefty speeding ticket in Monroe the other week. I did a lot of research prior to calling up Mr. Smith. His services were very affordable and definitely worth it! He was able to get my ticket reduced to where it would reflect 0 points on my license which prevents my insurance from going up (in this case, had I just paid in the fine my insurance would have went up by 45% for 2-3 years!) I'm very glad that I made the decision to hire Mr. Smith his work paid for itself! Side note about the offices who send out a ton of letters when you get a speeding ticket. They make money based on volume... Trust me you won't be disappointed with Mr. Smith.

Great experience, yet again, in retaining Jason Witt to handle a traffic violation. I appreciated his timely responses and ability to answer all of my questions.

Jason Witt helped me out tremendously two times. Once when getting a speeding ticket in 2010, and also getting a speeding ticket recently. Both times he was able to speak with the DA and get the violation reduced to 5 over the speed limit, which was able to eliminate the increase in insurance premiums. His fees are very reasonable for the amount of money that I saved in the long run. Also Jason is courteous, and very helpful. He was willing to answer any questions about the violations, and he did everything he could to get the violations reduced!
