Chestnutt and Clemmons are awesome attorneys! Shortly after I first moved to New Bern I received a speeding ticket. A friend from work suggested that I go to Chestnutt and Clemmons because they could help me. And that friend was right - they did! Unfortunately I have received several more speeding tickets over the following years and I never wonder who I am going to go to: it’s always Chestnutt and Clemmons. Here are the reasons why: 1. They have wonderful customer service. If you contact them, they are there for you. If you leave them a message, they always get back to you very promptly. That means a lot to me! 2. They know what they’re doing. As I mentioned a moment ago, I have had several speeding tickets by over the years. They have always found the best solution available for me. I never have any worries whether or not they will be able to get me the best deal available because they always do. They know the law. And they’re on your side! 3. Their prices are either the same or lower as what other attorneys charge. You don’t have to shop around for the best price. You can expect to pay the same or less as what other attorneys in the area charge. 4. Lastly, you can now do everything through text (at least that was available to me with my last speeding ticket). Before I would need to meet up with Attorney Chestnutt (and he’s a very nice man by the way, down to earth, in fact he has a good sense of humor). With my last speeding ticket, I just sent them my speeding ticket and paid for it online. They sent me a text when it was all over. Incredibly simple. As you can see, I never had any doubts about hiring this team of attorneys to help me and neither should you. When you’re in trouble, only an idiot represents himself. Instead of doing that, be smart and make the right choice. Better call Chestnutt and Clemmons (or Saul if he’s available j/k). And no they did not pay me to say any of this - I’m just really happy to promote them and you’ll understand why when they help you. :)

This firm is not cheap but the best is never cheap. Mark is really good at what he does and can find solutions for just about any situation you get yourself in.

Highly recommended!!! Extremely simple and made it an easy process to deal with my speeding ticket. Caitlin was very professional and took time to help me with this but other matters as well. It was affordable and saved me from having points on my license and insurance.

Mr Chestnut took time to meet with my husband and me on Saturday to reassure us that he is with him all the way. And he really cares about his clients and he takes time to work with them. We were wary about having to pay our bills, pay for medical issues and everything else. So we went to go see him to talk about just that and how we don't have that kind of money to pay for him to help my hubby. He listened and then proceeded to make sure to simplg say " I understand then he stated he would work with us. However we had to do our part too. But he eased our minds with letting us know we could make payments. Just to make sure we make them. And he will take care of it. Thank you Mr Chestnutt for having our back. We would like to add that when it comes to it, Mr. Chestnut is not one for blowing smoke up your tail. He is gonna be straight up and in your face honest. He can't predict what the judge or the D.A will do in the end, however what he can 100% is be right there with you And make sure you had the best representation available to you. And will explain it all step by step to you so you will understand. So again THANK YOU from the both of us.

Hired Mr. Chesnutt for a pretty serious traffic offense. From the moment that I contacted the office, everyone was friendly and the communication was great. I hired Marc Chesnutt for a speeding ticket that I got in Craven County. Very easy to hire him and was even able to pay online. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.
