Super awesome man

Thus far, we have only had a consultation with Laura Kiker. In dealing with Laura, and her paralegal, Christina Crews, we have had nothing but a straightforward, and positive experience. Communication has been timely, thorough, and productive. Would recommend.

My corporation needed representation in small claims court, and after calling multiple firms to find representation, most were not interested. Fortunately, someone referred me to VCMN, PLLC. I called with some details, and they made an appointment for the same day. I met with the fabulous Laura Kiker, who agreed to take on my case. She and Christina on her staff worked diligently to prepare for my hearing in less than a week. At trial, Laura won my case in under eight minutes. She is top-notch. I was most impressed with this firm's professionalism, preparation, and organization. We will use them again and recommend Laura to our colleagues.

If you want poor representation, Eddie Meacham is your man. I would have to agree with Rhonda Tyner that he is arrogant. I paid him a fee to defend me in a way that I would not have to worry about an issue again and he failed at that. Instead of asking for a dismissal due to the fact of no prosecuting witness, he asks for a dismissal based on some bull_ _ _ t technicality leaving the door open for the jack_ _ s to take out the charge again. Had it been dismissed because the prosecuting witness did not show, I could have sued the witness for frivolous and malicious prosecution and gotten my attorney fee back plus lost time at work. I could have done a better job myself and saved my $850.00. He was also supposed to take care of another issue with the summons before court that he did not do. If I knew 100% I could win, I would take him to small claims court because he did nothing of what he was paid to do but with him being a lawyer, he would probably find some technicality to get it thrown out. I asked for an explanation from his office and 3 weeks later I have still heard nothing. Mr. Meacham, you have seen the last money you will ever see from me. UPDATE: As of 3/6/24 I have still heard nothing from this jack_ss about an explanation.

A great attorney who genuinely cares about his clients.

Laura Kiker did not gather all the evidence in my case, and once the judge pointed that out to her, she got flustered and was all over the place. She charged me three times what the case was worth because she felt she had to review a prior case that I had with these people. Laura kiker is incompetent at best. Run, or she will lose your case.

Mr. Meacham spotted me $10 and then got my case dismissed. What else can I say, highly recommend 👍🏻

I was fighting with a national RV retailer over damages that occurred to my travel trailer while in their care. Ms. Laura Kiker assisted me in getting compensation for the damages that enabled me to get it repaired in a timely manner. I cannot thank her enough for her legal advice through this time. I will definitely retain her services in the future and she has earned my family’s trust for legal issues.

I ended up with Whitney Foushee as an attorney after my attorney no longer was able to represent me. There will never be enough words to express my gratitude nor appreciation for all of her time and hard work towards my case. When it came time for my trial, she knew me, my kids, and my case better than I did!!! She fought like hell for my family and I am forever grateful!🙏🏽 Hands down…. Whitney Foushee is the BEST in Moore Co. for family matters.
