Horrible experience with Whitney Foushee. Took 5k and did nothing worthwhile and never even met her in person. Withdrew from my case because I did what the police told me to do and filed a 50 B. She then referred me to one of the worst attorneys in the world. After meeting other women in divorce care, they also said that Foushee treated them with disrespect. Pretty certain she frowns on stay at home moms.

Fouchee reacts to the opposing counsel in their favor and not yours. She has only been an attorney for 6 months. Has no clue what her job is. Catherine the receptionist has problem keeping her giggles in control. Apparently clients stressed out by bad lawyers makes her giggle

My daughter has an attorney @ this office an the lawyer or the assistant won’t contact her regarding her tickets that she has received & yes the did take care of some of the tickets that she paid them over 2k plus in which she paid them. Mind you, she still hasn’t received her license yet because there is still 3 more pending that We can’t get resolved. Emailed left messages what do we do get another lawyer to oversee this?

I received a citation for a moving violation and wanted to challenge it, as I felt my judgement was correct in the situation. My insurance agent recommended Eddie Meacham, and I emailed his paralegal, Erin Hairston. She quickly responded saying they would represent me and listed the expected cost of the fine, court cost, and attorney's fee. She continued to keep me up to date and today wrote that the charges had been dismissed. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I found the firm to be quick and clear in every communication. When I need an attorney, I will use them again and happily recommend them to friends.
