I received a speeding ticket in NC and had Mr. Phelps represent me as I am from out of town. Not only did Mr. Phelps and his staff make things smooth and hassle-free, but they communicated well and did it at a reasonable price. I hope to not need legal representation again, but if I do, I'll quickly call Mr. Phelps and his office.

I got a traffic violation in Eastern NC, almost 3 hours away from my home. Attorney Phelps reviewed my citation and got everything taken care of without me having to take time out of work. I would definitely recommend this firm for anyone having legal troubles in Eastern NC.
