I hired Mr. Phelps after I got a 3 charge ticket while driving. I really appreciated the service I got back from D. Cole Phelps' office. They were communicative and set up time to chat as well as help collect all important documentation. I had never gotten a ticket before and this was not a great first time situation 11 hours away from home. Their office was able to represent me and had all charges dropped completely from me with nothing on my record. As a student, it cost me a good bit, but all legal issues were sorted and I was well taken care of from afar. I am a younger woman and was treated a little as though I was not the client, but my parents were involved despite the fact I am a grown adult and handled everything financially and logistically myself with regards to this case. Comparatively, a minor upset with the law firm, but still something I experienced.

Mr. Phelps has handled severe cases for me and has justified me in each situation. The man is very strategic in his approach. I couldn't ask for a more diligent attorney. He has a swag of his own and I'm very comfortable with with him in my corner. No nonsense guy that is capable of seeing any situation for what it really is.
