I got a reckless driving speeding ticket while I was on a travel assignment in NC late last year. I took an online defensive driving class, and they were able to get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor. My case kept getting pushed back because of covid, but the office kept me updated on everything and they appeared in court on my behalf this May. I learned my lesson and I don’t plan on getting any more traffic violations. I highly recommended using Attorney Phelps if you need someone to represent you. It was inexpensive and the staff was very friendly and professional.
