My charges were of many felonies that were pending well over 3 years. Within one day of help from Mr. Phelps i had all of my charges dismissed!!!! I was released from a burden in my life. Highly recommended!!! Very pleased with the work and help!

I received a speeding ticket while passing through the area on a long drive across the state. Cole Phelps and his team were very fast to let me know what they could do to help. Each time I reached out I was promptly answered, and the process definitely paid off because I didn't have to drive 8 hours away from home for court, and the ticket was reduced. I had a case for first degree burglary and first degree battery assault I was facing jail time but d. Cole phelps got it dropped down to misdemeanors and instead of jail Im on supervised probation and 24 hours community service , if your looking for an good lawyer that’s straight forward about business I recommend d .
