I was arrested for simple assault (notably- I was innocent). After interviewing four attorney's, I chose Dewey Brinkley. Why? As an attorney, explaining legal options over and over again must become utterly mundane. Regardless, Dewey took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer my questions. Further, he was the ONLY attorney to state expungement was possible. There was one attorney from a high profile law firm who actually explicitly stated that expungement was not a possibility. I engaged Dewey and his service was exceptional. His first win was getting the DA to allow contact with my better half and his second win was getting my case dismissed at my FIRST court appearance. The probability of a dismissal at my first appearance was very low, but by following and completing recommendations made by Dewey prior to court, he was successful. As it stands now, I am waiting for the expungement to get approved. Dewey was also very responsive. I don't think I ever waited longer than an hour or two for a response when I had a question. I highly recommend Dewey and I can't thank him enough for his service!

Mr Dewey P Brinkley has done a fantastic job with my case.He treated me with respect, sacrificed his valuable time and energy to be the best he can be . The court dismissed the charge against me because of his aggressive legal representation .He is competent , determined and dedicated . I had a really bizarre legal situation and Mr. Brinkley got me out of it completely. Two driving without licence while revoked citations in the same day. He is obviously a master litigator and knows the Raleigh law system like a seasoned professional. I cannot be more thankful! And his legal fee was out of this world low! Thank you so much! Dewey is an excellent Attorney. When we first made all the calls looking for an Attorney. Dewey spoke to me on the phone for almost an hour telling me all my options and I hadn't even obtained his services yet.That proved to me he was a caring person just wanting to give us good advice. When we made an appointment to meet with him he spent a lot of time discussing what we could do, all the scenarios that could occur.
