Dewey is a wonderful lawyer -- when I reached out to him I had no idea what to expect or any idea about what my outlook should be, I just assumed the worst. But Dewey was fantastic about explaining to me my options, the different steps required, and what I should expect. He was also incredibly responsive to all of my questions via email and phone, and I knew that I could depend on him to represent me to the best of his ability in court. And, of course, he did! I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance.

I highly recommend the Legal Services of Dewey Brinkley. He approached my case with an open mind and complete empathy toward my situation. Mr. Brinkley was recommended to me from a trustworthy friend, who's suggestion was spot on. He clearly explained my charges and what to expect from the Court System which were also both accurate. Everything regarding the Legal Process was laid out so that there were no surprises. His knowledge of the Law is very impressive as well as his ability to convey them in the Court Room. Dewey even moved our Judge, who was very seasoned, with his interpretation of the Penal Code. Let's just say my Case was ultimately dismissed.

He is very professional, any calls I gave him were return promptly, all my questions answered with ease, his fees are extremely reasonable and most importantly he seemed to have knowledge on how to resolve my case in the least amount of time. As a defense attorney he had knowledge of court procedures and I felt comfortable knowing where my case was going. He even gave a consultation in which I never felt rushed but as if he took his time to learn the details of my situation. My case was handled just as I wished and the outcome (Dismissal) could not have been better. Thank you for your help!!!

Case dismissed! What better outcome can I ask for? <br> I picked Mr. Brinkley as my representative because (1) he doesn't have paralegals which implies he personally handles every aspects of my case and (2) his previous experience as wake county DA. As a bonus, the rate he charges is surprisingly reasonable, and this is after I made it clear to him that I don't care much about legal fee if he can avoid the points for me. Compared to another big-name lawyer's paralegal I consulted with who charged almost double, Mr. Brinkley is just a caring and honest man. Thank god I made the right decision!

after using a big name lawyer, who didnt even care to show up at my case hearing, I was really disappointed. I found Mr. Brinkley online. I was skeptical at first. after meeting him, he seemed very nice but lawyers are always nice to begin with and do not care after. Mr Brinkly impressed me so much with his compassion and professionalism. He did a very awesome job. He kept me updated the whole time and got me the desired results. I would highly recommend mr Brinkley as he is one of the best lawyers and doesnt forget you after taking your money like others do. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.
