Could not be happier with Mr. Cotten. He got my fines waived, no points on my insurance and even saved my PJC for if I needed it in the future. Their are good attorneys and bad ones and this one is a good one! Hope I don't need him in the future, but if I do, I definitely would be a repeat client.

I got locked up driving through North Carolina driving 120mph at a 65. I didn’t realize in the state of North Carolina driving over 100mph is considered reckless, so I had a lot at risk. I hired Cotten law and they got the charge reduced and dismissed for a very low cost. I highly recommend these guys if you have any issues they are definitely the ones for the job.

I called them after receiving a speeding ticket. They were able to explain possible outcomes and explain the cost of fees. When it came time I did not have to do anything and received notification the same day that the case had been resolved. Everyone was very friendly which made me feel comfortable.

Great lawyer. I’m out of state and called them on a Friday afternoon. They responded immediately and by Monday my ticket was resolved at a low cost. Definitely will keep them if I ever have to travel up and down the East Coast in that area and run into an issue.

Hi I am here to respond to the owner who replied to my review. First off nothing I said was false the morning of my court I called you guys multiple times and the call went straight to voicemail. So then I called the courthouse wondering if the attorney Jeremy even showed up for my court date and the guy talking on the phone told me not to worry because Jeremy cotton is always on top of his cases. So I don’t understand why you’re falsely claiming saying the courthouse was closed due to a funeral when they picked up my call around 10am on Friday September 10. Anyways I was expecting an email after 5pm and got nothing I kept refreshing my page and still nothing. So I waited till Monday to call and the phone still kept going to voicemail. Today I called from a different number and someone picks up and forwarded the email you sent me and it looks like the person who wrote my email down spelled my name incorrectly that’s why I never received the email. So I think you need to make sure your employees know how to write down clients emails correctly next time because I remember repeating it multiple times to her and she still found a way to mess up spelling my email. Thank you for helping me with my ticket but all this could’ve been avoided if whoever took my email spelled it correctly and if you guys never blocked my number because today as soon as I called from a different number she asked what my # was and I gave it to her and after I called from my number and it’s coincidentally started working again and the line was going through.
